How to run a 3-hour forum

Ground Rules

  1. Everything said at forum is 100% strictly confidential.

  2. Participants are committed to being vulnerable. — Forum is most valuable when people are honest about both their "highs" and "lows"

Section 1: Individual Roundtable Updates

Each person gets 5 minutes to cover the following prompts:

  1. Share your highs and lows for each of the following:
    1. Personal
    2. Family
    3. Business
  2. What is something you are reluctant to talk about?
  3. What’s a “time vampire” in your life right now?
    1. In other words, what’s an aspect of your life that is sucking your time in a way that negatively drains you?
  4. Is there a topic you would like to do a deep dive on with the group?
