How to run a 3-hour forum

Ground Rules

Everything said at forum is 100% strictly confidential.
Participants are committed to being vulnerable. — Forum is most valuable when people are honest about both their "highs" and "lows"

Section 1: Individual Roundtable Updates

Each person gets 5 minutes to cover the following prompts:

Share your highs and lows for each of the following:
1. Personal
2. Family
3. Business
What is something you are reluctant to talk about?
What’s a “time vampire” in your life right now?
1. In other words, what’s an aspect of your life that is sucking your time in a way that negatively drains you?
Is there a topic you would like to do a deep dive on with the group?

Each participant is encouraged to write / prepare their update beforehand to ensure they are able to listen well during everyone else’s updates.
Each participant has a pen and paper and writes down their clarifying questions as they listen to each update.
No phones during updates. </aside>

Duration: ~30 minutes

Section 2: Responses to Individual Updates

Once each forum member is done giving their updates, anyone else in the group can ask clarifying questions about the individual updates.
