We just helped launch a NY Times bestselling book, The 5 Types of Wealth, have acquired 2 companies, are incubating a 3rd and need an experienced Chief of Staff to support me as CEO of The Inflection, Matt Schnuck.

1️⃣ About The Inflection

The Inflection is a holding company founded by Matt Schnuck and Sahil Bloom. We are incubating 2 DTC brands and one AI company this year and we are just getting started. Our mission is to develop experiences, products, and services that create positive ripple effects in the lives of people & organizations.

2️⃣ About The Role

Be the glue that holds my leadership together, with full access to my work life, driving key meetings, and taking charge of essential business projects and tasks.

• Help me execute on our top priorities
• Bring clarity, rigor, and momentum to our initiatives
• Help me incubate, launch, and grow existing businesses inside our portfolio with other leaders at The Inflection, including Holly, Blake, and Sahil
• Translate the opportunities I create from trips and meetings into systems and organization for short, medium, and long term execution
• Be the person to develop and drive a getting things done system for all of my initiatives
• Help me scale lessons from our experience into teachable moments for our team and for my content platform
• Be my thought partner, confidante, and right hand in all things
• Compensation:
  • Daily firehose of learning, growth and work with incredible people
  • Cash compensation: $130,000-150,000 USD base annual salary + discretionary bonus depending on experience
  • I will be deeply committed to the professional growth of this role and compensation can grow as the business grows.

• Looking to hire locally in the Bay Area—must be able to work in person 3+ days per week and travel as needed

3️⃣ Hard Skill Requirements

• 5+ years of professional work experience in consulting, operations, or startups, ideally blending structured problem-solving with hands-on execution
• Proven ability to work directly with founders, executives, in high-growth, fast-paced environments
